Skilled Migration Program

Permanent residency pathways for skilled professionals

About Skilled Migration

Australia's Skilled Migration Program is designed to attract qualified professionals with skills and experience that meet Australia's economic needs. This points-based system allows skilled workers to apply for permanent residency without employer sponsorship.

The program uses a points-test system where applicants are assessed based on factors including age, English proficiency, work experience, qualifications, and other criteria. Successful applicants receive an invitation to apply for permanent residency.
