Subclass 888 - Business Innovation & Investment (Permanent)
The subclass 888 visa is the permanent residency stage for holders of the provisional 188 visa. After meeting the residency and business/investment requirements during your provisional visa period, you can apply for permanent residency.
For 188A holders who have established and managed a business in Australia for at least 2 years.
For 188B holders who have maintained their designated investment for at least 4 years.
For 188C holders who have maintained their AUD 5 million complying investment for at least 4 years.
For 188D holders who have maintained their AUD 15 million premium investment for at least 12 months.
